I build software products end to end.

Most of my work now goes through an independent software studio I run in Indore called NovaEdge Digital Labs, where I lead engineering and design. We build custom web apps and MVPs for teams worldwide, on fixed scope and fixed price, and the client owns the code outright when we hand it over.

Alongside client work I ship my own products: an e-commerce platform sized for catalogues in the tens of thousands, an AI content SaaS, a sixty-page learning platform, a Hindi-first programming language on npm. On those I make every decision and then live with all of them. Nothing has taught me faster.

I would rather ship than plan. A week with users in front of the thing teaches you more than a month of specification, and half of what felt essential during planning quietly turns out not to be.

I keep abstractions to a minimum. The team is small and the deadlines are close, so the code has to stay readable for whoever opens it next, which is often me a year later. Clever is usually the wrong trade.

I teach what I build: a YouTube channel with more than 1,600 subscribers, an open-source language for students who stall on English keywords, and a design write-up on every project page here. Explaining a decision is the quickest way to find out whether you understood it.
