Why work with me
You brief one person, and that person builds it.
There is no account manager between us and nobody junior gets handed your project while I take the next call. The advantage a studio this size has over an agency is that nothing gets lost being relayed, and it survives right through to the deploy.
The flip side is that I have no process to hide behind. If a deadline slips or a decision turns out to be wrong, there is one person to take it up with. I'd rather work that way.

Five stages, start to handover.
This is the sequence every project runs through, written down as it happens rather than tidied up for a proposal deck.

Discovery and strategy
We start with a call. Free, twenty minutes, no pitch. I want the business goal sitting behind the build, who touches it daily, and what happens to you if it never exists. A written proposal follows within three days.

Design and experience
Flows first, then the design system, then high-fidelity screens. You see and approve the interface before any production code exists, because moving a layout in Figma takes minutes and moving it in a built app takes days.

Build
A demo you can open and click, every week. That cadence is what keeps a fixed-price project honest in both directions: you see drift early, and I cannot quietly fall behind.

Quality assurance
Cross-device and cross-browser testing, edge cases run against production-shaped data, performance checked before anything gets called done. Bugs found here cost nothing. Bugs found by your users cost trust.

Launch and handover
Deployment, domains, analytics and search console configured. You receive the source code, the repository, the deployment config and every account. Thirty days of free bug fixes follow launch.

What people ask on the first call.

How much does it cost to build an MVP?
From ₹1,50,000, and usually up to ₹4,00,000 depending on scope. A marketing site starts at ₹40,000. You get the number in writing within three days of a first call, itemised, with what is not included listed as well.
How long does a project take?
Two weeks for a business website. Four to eight weeks for a web app or an MVP. Six to ten for a mobile app. You see something you can open and click every week, so the timeline is checkable while it runs rather than at the end.
Do you charge hourly or fixed price?
Fixed, agreed before any code is written. If the scope changes the price changes and we both know it changed, because the original scope is written down item by item. There is no hourly meter and no invoice that grows while you watch it.
Who owns the code when the project is finished?
You do, in full, on final payment: source code, repository, deployment config and every account. I do not hold hosting or domains as leverage. That transfer is a term of the engagement rather than an upgrade.
Do I get a designer and a developer, or one person?
One person for design and build on most projects, which is me, with my team on larger ones. Nothing gets lost between the design file and the browser because the same hands do both. You talk to whoever is writing the code, with no account manager in between.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Thirty days of bug fixes at no cost. After that you can self-manage or move to a retainer from ₹25,000 a month, which covers maintenance and new features. Replies come within one business day either way.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I am in Indore and work worldwide, with calls scheduled around your timezone rather than mine. An NDA gets signed before any detail is discussed if you want one.
What are your payment terms?
Fifty percent to start and fifty percent on final delivery and sign-off. For builds longer than four weeks, we split into three equal milestone payments tied to weekly working demos.
Can you take over or refactor an existing codebase?
Yes. I start with a structural audit of the code, data model and deployment setup, write down what needs attention, and proposal options for extending or refactoring it without downtime.
What tech stack do you build with?
TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB, with React Native for mobile. It is the stack most of my studio work runs on, chosen because it moves fast without sacrificing long-term maintainability.
