How it works
An MVP has one job: get in front of users fast enough to learn something, without standing on a foundation you have to tear out the moment it works.
I scope these hard. Most feature lists that arrive with an MVP brief hold two or three items that decide whether the product is viable and a dozen that can wait until it is. Sorting those before any code gets written changes the outcome more than anything I do later.
