LegilerHub sits between ordinary people and the Indian legal system: finding the right resource, working out what applies to you, and reaching someone who can help.
Legal information is intimidating before anyone designs anything, and most legal websites make it worse with walls of statute text. The design problem was lowering that anxiety without leaving anything out.

Search that tolerates non-legal vocabulary
People search for their problem rather than its legal name. Matching accounts for plain-language phrasing instead of demanding the correct term.

Structured content model
Resources are typed and related to each other rather than stored as free HTML, so cross-references stay accurate as content gets added.

I designed this as well as built it. These are the interface calls I made and the reasoning behind each one.
Plain language leads, statute follows
Every resource opens with what it means for the reader, with the formal text below it. Leading with statute is accurate and no use at all to the person who came looking.
A calm visual tone
Generous spacing, restrained colour, no urgency cues anywhere. Someone landing on this site is usually already stressed, and the interface has no business adding to that.
One clear action per page
Each resource page ends with a single next step. Six options in front of someone who does not know the domain produces paralysis rather than choice.
